Description
SmartSource is hiring an Event Production Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events from pre-production through show completion. The role manages project plans, resources, client and contractor communications, equipment load-in and strike, onsite labor supervision, P&L, and post-show activities, while traveling to hotels, schools, and convention centers. Candidates need at least three years of event-industry experience, including on-the-ground project management, plus expertise in IT, temporary audio-visual, or tradeshow technology deployments.
