Garda Capital Partners is hiring a Mortgage Trading Desk Intern for Summer 2027 in New York. The intern will support the trading team by researching and analyzing data, developing data-driven strategies, prototyping and back-testing, monitoring performance, and presenting trade ideas. The role requires strong quantitative and programming skills in Python and SQL, knowledge of financial markets, communication skills, independent work ability, and intellectual curiosity. The expected hourly compensation is $55–$55 USD.
