Description
The role is for a data/platform engineer responsible for end-to-end ownership of a trading and positions data platform, including roadmap planning, delivery, reliability, data quality, and continuous improvement. The engineer will build REST/WebSocket connectors, develop scalable Python and SQL data models across trading venues, provide trusted outputs for Finance, Operations, and Trading, and work closely with Finance/Ops to translate business rules into testable logic. The posting requires strong Python, Spark/PySpark, SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, API integration, and governance-minded production engineering, with fluency in English and Chinese and preference for AI/LLM integration experience plus modern data platform tools.
