Description
The Trading Application Support Engineer will maintain and troubleshoot an in-house trading platform used by energy-market traders, analyze logs and metrics, investigate user-reported incidents, handle major incidents, develop monitoring and alerting systems, and support release deployment and verification. The role requires a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar field, along with experience or familiarity with application support, system administration, CI/CD, monitoring tools, Git, Kubernetes, Linux, SQL, and scripting.
