Description
Point72 is hiring a Trading Compliance Manager to provide real-time compliance coverage for traders, support trading-desk compliance programs, manage pre- and post-trade surveillance, advise on trading strategies and market access, develop automated controls, lead compliance projects, investigate exceptions, and train trading personnel. The role requires at least five years of compliance experience in an investment manager, hedge fund, or broker-dealer, knowledge of U.S. securities laws, and experience with trading surveillance, investigations, and cross-functional projects. The annual base salary range is $145,000-$175,000 USD, with health care benefits and other employee benefits.
