Description
The Trading Desk Operations Engineer will manage and optimise trading-desk infrastructure and operational processes, support trading systems and workflows through data queries and stakeholder coordination, design solutions for trading and operational issues, and communicate with clearing firms and external counterparties. The role is hands-on and collaborative, involving work with traders and developers, and offers mentorship and training for new hires. Candidates should have a strong technical foundation, programming interest, collaboration and communication skills, adaptability, reliability, English fluency, and an interest in finance and STEM; finance or other specific-field backgrounds are not required.
