The role combines complex order execution, multi-asset dealing, client and counterparty relationship management, execution-quality monitoring, and risk oversight with leadership of a trading team and development of technology-driven trading solutions. Responsibilities include reporting, benchmarking, regulatory compliance, commission management, and presenting to senior stakeholders. Candidates need extensive institutional trading, TCA, commission management, reporting, analytical, dealing, and team-management experience.
