Anchorage Digital is hiring a Trading Operations Team Lead to build and manage a global trading operations team supporting institutional clients across spot, lending, and derivatives activities in the digital asset ecosystem. The role focuses on post-trade processing, settlements, reconciliation, cash positioning, inventory management, risk mitigation, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination with trading, engineering, accounting, finance, compliance, and product teams. The position requires strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, financial operations, and leadership skills, and it is based in an environment where new hires must complete in-person onboarding.
