All Options is hiring a full-time Trading Systems Performance Lead in Austin, Texas to lead and grow the trading systems support team, establish performance standards and scalable processes, maintain system uptime and capacity, diagnose production issues, and design performance metrics and dashboards. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least three years of experience leading technical support, production engineering, or related teams, and working knowledge of scripting, automation, version control, and Linux.
