The role includes recording case data, compiling claim documents, quantifying damages, communicating with clients and insurers, handling objections, coordinating payments, preparing billing, and performing administrative tasks. Applicants should have legal administrative or legal business training or several years of relevant experience; law-firm or claims-handling experience is desirable but not required.
