Description
Aspire Communications is hiring a full-time Traffic Control Assistant to set up and maintain traffic-control devices, direct traffic, monitor work-zone safety, coordinate with telecom construction crews, and support crews installing underground and aerial fiber-optic and cable infrastructure. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift, strong communication and situational awareness, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license; prior traffic-control or construction experience is preferred but training is available. The position offers 8- or 10-hour Monday-through-Friday day shifts, overtime and weekend availability as needed, and a salary of $20.00-$23.00 with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
