AWP Safety is hiring Protectors to work with teams at job sites, setting up and removing traffic-control equipment, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitoring job-site activity, communicating with crew and supervisors, and maintaining vehicle and equipment safety. The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to stand and walk for long periods, the ability to lift 40–50 pounds, willingness to work outdoors in changing weather, and a flexible schedule. Training is provided, and the position pays $18.50–$19.25 per hour with overtime, paid training, a traffic safety certificate, and eligible benefits including health insurance.
