AWP Safety is hiring a Traffic Control Flagger to establish and maintain safe work zones, manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles, collaborate with team members, and protect clients. The role requires standing for 8–12 hours, lifting 50–60 pounds, and working in varied weather and traffic conditions; shuttle service is provided for non-drivers. The position pays $19.50 per hour with overtime opportunities, paid training, and eligible benefits including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick time, an EAP, and a 401(k) opt-in.
