Description
AWP Safety is hiring Protectors to work with teams at job sites, setting up and removing traffic-control equipment, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitoring job-site activity, communicating with crews and supervisors, and maintaining vehicle and equipment safety. The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to stand and walk for long periods, the ability to lift 40–50 pounds, willingness to work outdoors in changing weather, and a flexible schedule; shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency work. No prior experience or degree is required because training is provided. The position pays $17.65–$19.50 per hour, includes overtime, paid training, a traffic safety certificate, and eligible benefits.
