Description
AWP Safety is hiring a Protector to work with teams at job sites, setting up and removing traffic-control equipment, guiding traffic with a stop/slow paddle, monitoring job-site activity, communicating with crew and supervisors, and maintaining vehicle and equipment safety. The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lifting 40–50 pounds, willingness to work outdoors in changing weather, and flexibility for night, weekend, or emergency shifts. No prior experience or degree is required because training is provided.
