Description
AWP Safety is hiring a Protector to work with teams at job sites, setting up and removing traffic-control equipment, guiding traffic with a stop/slow paddle, monitoring job-site activity, communicating with crew and supervisors, and maintaining vehicle and equipment safety. The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to stand and walk for long periods, the ability to lift 40–50 pounds, willingness to work outdoors in changing weather, and a flexible schedule. No prior experience or degree is required because training is provided. Pay is $18–$18.75 per hour with overtime available, paid training, and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick time, a 401(k) option, and referral bonuses.
