The Universal Group is hiring a full-time Traffic Control Person to set up and operate traffic control zones, direct motorists, adjust work-zone equipment, respond to emergencies, maintain safety and compliance, and complete required documentation. The role is dispatchable across the Lower Mainland, requires a valid BC Traffic Control Person certificate, and involves outdoor work in all weather. Compensation is $21.50–$24.97 per hour, with a $500 signing bonus for experienced TCPs and medical, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits after the probationary period.
