Description
The Universal Group is hiring a full-time Traffic Control Person to set up and operate traffic control zones, direct motorists, adjust work-zone equipment, respond to emergencies, maintain safety and compliance, and complete required documentation. The role is dispatchable across Vancouver Island, requires a valid BC Traffic Control Person certification, and calls for at least three consistent weekday assignments with occasional weekend work. Compensation is $21–$24, with medical, vision, and dental benefits after the probationary period and a sign-on bonus for experienced TCPs.
