AWP Safety is hiring a Traffic Control Supervisor for an apprenticeship that supervises flaggers, performs traffic control and flagging activities, implements and adjusts traffic control plans, and maintains safe work areas on highways, municipal roads, rights-of-way, and rural roads. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, physical lifting of at least 75 pounds, strong communication, a clean driving record, and availability for early-morning, night, weekend, and overtime work. Compensation is $22.00–$28.00 per hour, with company-paid training, medical, dental, and vision plans, and potential advancement to approximately $35.00 per hour.
