The role supports civil engineers and project managers with transportation planning, traffic engineering analyses, traffic designs, transportation studies, technical reports, field data collection, traffic-control plans, quantities, and cost estimates. Candidates should be graduating in May 2027, have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or planning, 0–2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of traffic-analysis software, and the ability to obtain EIT certification within six months of hire. Compensation is $62,267–$89,898 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
