Description
Parsons is hiring a Traffic Engineer to support a new PMO on major highway and infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital and Riyadh City. The role covers traffic signal, junction, temporary works, ITS, and other traffic engineering designs; project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring; coordination with surveyors and roadway designers; traffic studies; and review of technical results. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 10 years of related experience, CAD proficiency, and familiarity with traffic engineering software and standards.
