The role performs roadway planning and design, including contract plans and specifications, CADD drafting, geometric and quantity calculations, bid items, special roadway designs, quality checks, engineering standards, small- to medium-scale project delivery, and client relationship management. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, a professional engineering license or ability to obtain one, and at least five years of transportation engineering experience. It offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office, a salary of $100,000 to $130,000, and benefits including 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, and wellness reimbursement.
