Burgess & Niple is hiring a Traffic Engineer EI/EIT to support production traffic design projects for state departments of transportation and local municipalities. The role covers signal design, signing, pavement markings, lighting, intelligent transportation systems, and traffic studies, including project deliverables, cost estimates, plans, specifications, and technical problem solving. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, ABET accreditation, EIT or Engineer Intern registration, and 1–4 years of traffic engineering design, traffic studies, or plan development experience.
