Burgess & Niple is hiring a Traffic Engineer PE to lead traffic design projects for state departments of transportation and local municipalities. The role covers traffic studies, capacity analysis, signal and ITS design, streetlight, signing, pavement marking, and maintenance-of-traffic design; project delivery, cost estimating, drawing management, quality control, client communication, and mentoring junior engineers. The position also supports business development and requires a civil engineering degree, PE registration or reciprocity, and 4–10 years of related traffic design experience.
