AECOM is recruiting Traffic Engineering graduates for its UK and Ireland Graduate Development Programme. The role supports traffic engineering projects across the project lifecycle, including road and street design, cycle lanes, bus priority and BRT design, streetscape improvements, traffic management, traffic signals, signage, and micro-simulation modelling. Graduates are paired with mentors, receive training in software and BIM tools, and progress toward managing projects from inception through completion. The programme offers hybrid work options, professional development, and opportunities to work on major highways and multimodal projects.
