AECOM is hiring a Traffic Engineering Manager to lead traffic engineering projects from conception through completion in Orange or Los Angeles, California, on a hybrid basis. The role involves traffic impact studies, signal design, roadway safety audits, field investigations, traffic simulation, regulatory compliance, client reporting, and mentorship of junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree plus six years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience, a California Professional Engineer license, and preferably a master's degree, eight or more years of experience, and experience with LADOT, Caltrans, traffic control, ITS, and construction-phase services.
