Minimum Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Required Previous Experiences: experience applying operations and project planning procedures; HTRIS data; and highway locator and inventory systems.
experience applying state and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to HSIP, the MUTCD and AASHTO criteria.
experience planning and conducting studies, preparing reports independently, and the ability to analyze data, draw logical conclusions and document results and recommendations.
