Description
The Traffic Greeter provides guest service and parking support for Sight & Sound, preparing the parking lot, greeting and directing guests, anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, coordinating emergency responses, and supporting other guest-service teams. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, listening, flexibility, and conflict-resolution skills, along with a flexible schedule tied to show runs; a high school diploma and customer-service experience are preferred.
