Burgess & Niple is hiring a Traffic Group Lead to lead transformative traffic engineering projects for state DOTs and municipal agencies. The role coordinates clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders; provides technical guidance on traffic studies and design; leads project teams; manages budgets, schedules, quality control, and project risk; serves as a primary client contact; drives business development; and mentors engineers. Candidates need a civil or transportation engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license or eligibility for reciprocal licensure, at least 15 years of traffic engineering experience on GDOT projects, and strong client relationship and business development skills.
