Description
The Traffic Operator manages highway traffic flow, enforces traffic regulations, inspects vehicles, monitors road and signage conditions, coordinates with the Operational Control Center, supports emergency and maintenance teams, and performs towing and animal-capture operations. The role requires elementary education, a driver's license category D or E, and preferably experience in traffic enforcement, road safety, or related areas. It is performed on-site at highway bases on a 2x2 shift schedule and includes meal, medical, life insurance, gym, and transportation benefits.
