Barry Isett & Associates Inc., an employee-owned multi-discipline engineering and consulting firm, is hiring a Traffic Project Manager for its transportation services department in Northeast Pennsylvania. The role involves leading and mentoring transportation engineers, managing transportation projects, and delivering traffic engineering services such as traffic impact studies, safety studies, signal retiming and design, traffic calming, school-zone and intersection design, and PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting. Candidates should have 5 to 15 years of traffic engineering and analysis experience, PennDOT approval experience, a civil engineering background, and experience with Synchro and HCS; a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
