RACQ is hiring a Traffic Response Officer for its Traffic Response Unit in Queensland. The role involves rapid response to road incidents, dynamic traffic management, coordination with emergency services and road authorities, motorist assistance, and proactive patrols in high-risk roadside environments. Candidates must hold an Open MR driver’s licence and White Card, be able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays, and demonstrate strong situational awareness, communication, conflict resolution, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and computer literacy.
