Michael Baker International is hiring a Traffic Technical Manager to lead traffic engineering and transportation projects, oversee signal, signing, pavement marking, maintenance-of-traffic, traffic-study, and safety-evaluation work, provide technical quality assurance, coordinate multidisciplinary project delivery, mentor engineering staff, and support client relationships and business development. The role requires a civil engineering or related bachelor's degree, an Illinois Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one shortly after hire, PTOE preference, and 12+ years of progressive traffic and transportation engineering experience. Compensation is $115,000 to $187,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
