Description
Estes is hiring trailer maintenance mechanics at various skill and experience levels to repair and perform preventive maintenance on trailers and related equipment. The role includes inspecting, diagnosing, repairing or replacing components, conducting safety inspections and documentation, interpreting work orders and technical manuals, testing repairs, and complying with FMCSA and other regulations. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience or trade-school completion, mechanical and electronic aptitude, hand tools and test equipment, physical ability to lift approximately 70 pounds, flexibility for shifts and weather conditions, and authorization to work in the United States.
