Poff's Power Solutions is hiring a full-time, shop-based Trailer Mechanic in Midland, Texas. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial and semi-trailers; servicing suspension, axles, hubs, wheel seals, brakes, and air brake systems; performing electrical, welding, and fabrication repairs; conducting preventative maintenance and DOT inspections; documenting repairs; and maintaining a safe, organized work area. The position offers Monday–Friday 12-hour day shifts with weekend work as needed, pays $25.00–$28.00 per hour, and provides medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
