R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Trailer Mechanic for its Lakeland, Florida service center. The role pays $26.11–$32.74 per hour and works Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Responsibilities include diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of trailers, including safety inspections, technical manual interpretation, part replacement, equipment testing, and preventive maintenance. Applicants must have relevant trailer and commercial vehicle experience, own their tools, be able to lift 50 pounds, and be prepared to work in varying climates.
