R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Trailer Mechanic for its China Grove, North Carolina service center. The role pays $26.45–$32.74 per hour and works the second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of trailers, safety inspections, technical manual interpretation, equipment testing, and preventive maintenance. Applicants must own their tools, be able to lift 50 pounds, and be prepared to work in varying climates; experience with FMCSA safety documentation, trailer repairs, and commercial vehicles is required, while Cetaris, welding, yard-tractor operation, and sheet-metal repair are preferred.
