ITS Logistics is hiring a Trailer Operations Manager within its Asset Optimization Division to optimize trailer utilization across the company network and support Brokerage teams. The role manages trailer repositioning, inspections, maintenance coordination, KPI performance, asset landmarks, customer communication, trailer documentation, and daily audits. A bachelor's degree in business, logistics management, or a related field is preferred, along with logistics, fleet, transportation, or supply chain experience. The position pays $23.32 per hour plus commission and requires schedule flexibility, including weekends, after-hours, and holidays.
