Description
The Trailer Technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains commercial trailers and their components. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, mechanical, structural, electrical, suspension, brake, air-system, lighting, and trailer-body repairs; welding and fabrication; documentation; quality inspections; and safe use of tools and equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of trailer systems, basic mechanical and troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced service environment.
