Description
The Trailer Technician will perform routine maintenance, inspections, rebuilds, and component replacements on company trailers in Putnam, Connecticut. Responsibilities include tire changes, minor electrical repairs, greasing, creating and tracking work orders through maintenance software, and communicating repair status to internal customers. The role requires a technical degree in welding, electronics, or related systems or at least one year of trailer technician experience, with basic welding skills and diagnostic software experience preferred. The position offers hourly pay of $26.20 to $32.70 based on experience, medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays, training, and other benefits.
