Talgo is hiring a Shunting Supervisor at its maintenance depot in Berlin-Friedrichshain to operate locomotives, perform brake tests, coordinate shunting and train movements, manage disruptions, and liaise with workshop, dispatch, and train operations teams. The role requires a railway vehicle operator’s license, brake-test authorization, strong German, shift flexibility, and regular further training. It is offered as a full-time 38-hour workweek or tailored part-time option, with a €3,000 welcome bonus, 30 days of vacation, and company pension provision.
