Description
Denver Transit Operators is hiring Train Operators to operate commuter trains and perform yard services in the Greater Denver Metro area. The role includes pre-trip inspections, monitoring track conditions and communications, making passenger announcements, responding to emergencies, coordinating with train and security staff, and completing required reports. Candidates must be at least 21, authorized to work in the United States, hold a valid U.S. driver license with a clean driving record, pass background and drug and alcohol testing, and complete an 8-10-week formal training program to obtain federal licensure. The position pays $28.27-$35.85 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
