Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG is hiring a Train Service Controller to monitor and execute train and shunting operations, manage incidents and emergency reporting, document operational malfunctions, coordinate timetable deviations and disruptions with the network control center, and provide customer and passenger information. The role requires railway operations training, knowledge of relevant regulations, DB guideline 408 certification, IT skills, and fitness for a rotating three-shift schedule.
