DB InfraGO AG is hiring Train Traffic Controllers for career-change retraining and subsequent employment at multiple worksites in Germany. The full-time retraining lasts 39 hours per week and includes theoretical instruction at a nationwide training center and practical assignments near the candidate’s residence. After training, the role involves routing and monitoring train traffic in signal boxes, setting routes, coordinating with train drivers and control centers, and working shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Applicants need a recognized German vocational qualification or a specialized high school diploma with relevant experience or study experience, C1 German, and basic PC knowledge; applications from already trained train traffic controllers are also welcome.
