DB InfraGO AG is hiring Train Traffic Controllers for a career-change re-training program. The full-time training lasts 39 hours per week and includes theoretical instruction at a nationwide training center and practical placements near the participant’s residence. After training, the role involves controlling train traffic in signal boxes, setting routes, monitoring station operations, and coordinating with colleagues, train drivers, and control centers. The position is available in Aichach, Augsburg, Friedberg, Gablingen, Kaufering, Landsberg am Lech, Schrobenhausen, or Schwabmünchen, and requires a recognized German vocational qualification or an upper secondary diploma with relevant experience or study experience, C1 German, basic PC skills, calmness under pressure, teamwork, responsibility, and shift flexibility.
