Description
Enviva is hiring a Trainee Plant Operator to receive structured training and hands-on experience preparing for a future plant-operation role. The position covers rail load-out, quality sampling and testing, pellet mill and hammer mill operation, mobile equipment, paperwork, housekeeping, safety, and backup support. It requires multiple and rotating shifts, outdoor and industrial work, physical lifting and climbing, and availability for evenings, weekends, and overnight issues; visa sponsorship is not available.
