The Trainee Sales Manager will work in Den Bosch, initially completing a six-month intensive training program in Haarlem focused on leadership, coaching, and team development, then applying the knowledge in practice. The role guides and motivates a sales team, coaches colleagues, builds trust, organizes training, and energizes team meetings. It is an entry-level full-time position with a gross monthly salary of €3,000 to €5,000, 40 hours per week, and benefits including vacation days, training, and equipment.
