Description
The Trainee Sales Manager will work in Alkmaar, with initial six-month training at the Haarlem head office, and will focus on coaching, motivating, developing, and training a sales team rather than conducting sales. The role is full-time, pays €3,000–€5,000 gross per month, and offers management training, career progression, vacation days, and equipment. Applicants should be at the start of their career, speak and write Dutch excellently, have a commercial mindset, and be sociable and eager to learn; sales or field marketing experience is a plus but not required.
