GlobalFoundries is hiring a CAD Engineer Trainee in Sofia to learn modern electronic design automation tools and technologies and prepare for work as a CAD engineer in micro- and nano-electronics. The program is aligned with a university schedule, offers 20 hours per week, provides a monthly scholarship, and lasts 1–1.5 years. Applicants must be active students in relevant engineering or physics fields, have knowledge of electronic devices and semiconductor theory, and have some programming-language background; prior CAD or circuit-simulation experience is preferred.
