SCHOTT is hiring a Trainee Finance Treasury for an 18- to 24-month program covering financial risk management, financing, asset management, cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, reporting, and treasury-related stakeholder coordination. The role also supports cross-functional projects and the optimization and digitization of finance and Treasury processes. Applicants need a business administration degree focused on finance, treasury, controlling, or a comparable field, along with project management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and MS Office expertise; bank training or initial industrial Treasury experience is advantageous.
